Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, and for helping me create the best experience possible for every client.
